This card was made using the Wow Flowers set (111714.) I stamped the image in Garden Green and Certainly Celery and then cut the paper into 1" x 3 1/2" strips and adhered them to Certainly Celery strips. The birthday circle and cardstock base are Pacific Point. A green Rhinestone Brad (109111) is added to the center. I used the circle (1', 1 1/4", 1 3/8") and scallop punches (page 188-189) and mounted them on Stampin' Dimensionals (104430) over the 5/8" Certainly Celery grosgrain ribbon (109050.)
